Celebrity visit gave glamour to visit house wife Franschoek

He is profiled as the 'sex symbol' of the gardening house wives in the UK but the Irish TV-presenter (BBC garden programs) and controversial garden designer (Chelsea Flower Show) Diarmuid Gavin also has fans in South Africa.








We found that our earlier today when Diarmuid, his wife Justine and daughter Eppie visited South Africa's most controversial botanical garden .








And they enjoyed every aspect of their visit. Even happily surprised with their 'biggest fan of Franschoek' (see photo top).






Of course the Gavins wanted to pose for the oldest cactus of South Africa and wire artist Joey impressed Diarmuid with his wire trees and also the explaination of the meaning of the traditional and the New South African handshake.
